Having had an nde a couple of years back in which I have no recollection of the experience only the knowledge a decision was made to stay in the physical and Also having been involved in multiple incidents throughout my life where time distortion occurred in which possible physical death could have taken place and didn’t .

I know we are eternal energies and we worry way too much about the navigation of physicality and the distractions which keep us from aligning with our true essence .
