Earth 2020  Mission report.

Location Sydney  Australia 10 kms below the city .

Ex members of what was once the 2 Squadron SAS arrived via a maglift train from Canberra . They had been fighting underground for months . Following the mag lift train lines which criss crossed the country at 10 kms below ground level  , clearing underground strong holds as they found them . 

The guys by now were completely hardened to the job at hand , never knowing what they were going to find in the dark recesses of these places from hybrid creatures which had been gene sliced with human beasts combinations to all manor of organ harvesting factories. It was like literally travelling the highway of hell.

 The team readied themselves as the train slowed to a stop , sometimes their arrival at a  location was uneventful and other times the door opened to hell on earth with hybrid creatures waiting to rip them to shreds . Occasionally they would encounter well armed Draco and human warriors who had been tipped off that they were about to have company . 

Today the doors opened and Rip the point man rolled out ready to engage and found a scene of utter despair . Cages of young humans stacked ready for transport to god knows where . No guards in sight . The team flowed out into the dock and scattered towards the dark entrances to secure the area. It looked like the draco or their minions had decided to run , the same scenario had been the case at the last 3 stops, ever since the alliance had jammed all portal activity by taking out the main Antarctic base power nexus all off world transport had ceased .

. The team cleared the area of traps , which had been left behind . Then dealt with the human misery sending word back down the line to get a medical and recovery team to start processing the 90 children of different age groups in all states of health.

Day 300 of the war to free Earth

Warrant officer Pete Geoffrey’s call sign “Griffen” awoke in a darkened room . His traumatic dreams of horror which had plagued him for so long were now able to be dismissed easily as just information, an extra benefit along with the new arm that had been grown during his visit to the med bed aboard the pelaidian support ship.

The battle to clear the tunnel system which ran from Canberra to the lowest level of the Pine Gap facility has been brutal . Griff had lost many good friends and it had been in the last push to take level 13 the deepest and most secret part of the facility where his point man had triggered a plasma mine taking most of the impact. Griff lost his exposed arm in the explosion.

The facility had been taken with the aid of Pelaidian special forces after Griff had been transported to med support. The limited report he had received said that the transport portal and been destroyed and the facility now under the alliance control.

A major win in the battle for earth .

Analysis of data retrieved from achives reveal the reality of the absolute betrayal of humanity by political and corporate identities throughout the planetary history of Earth was still not a common knowledge at this time period. Those who led the resistance had made the decision to keep the secret for a number of reasons . Firstly to allow themselves to use the enemies own secrecy and compartmentation against them and also through the knowledge that society would crumble under the weight of the betrayal and the realisation that nothing they new of the history of the world was true.

In the meantime an alliance between elements within military groups had been recruited and with the aid of off world races which wished Earth to free itself a war had been raging for many years. At first infiltration by individuals into key positions in governments and corporations had begun the process of discovery and diversion of technology and resources to undermine “the alien human cabal”. Finally the kinetic war had been won by the alliance and over time erased from history.

Ch 6

Jess dropped the craft out of hyperspace over the dark side of mars opposite the Prometheus base .

Instantly picking up the two ships in orbit, Jess cloaked and engaged the automated defensive system.

We have arrived and we are not the only visitors . The ground assault crafts are being engaged by what looks like a token defense team operating from the high ground overlooking the base. There is wreckage from one craft and a second just hit by a tow missile.

Mike and Trish who were already suited up watched the scenes on the screen as Jess described what her senses were picking up.

This is bad Mike thought by the looks of it only a few craft had been sent down to probe the defenses any moment now who ever is in charge is going to launch a major strike to take out any surface resistance.

Jess as soon as you sense a powerup of any weapons on board whose cruisers you have permission to target there weapons array.

Do we have any communications channels operative to the surface.

I am picking up encrypted radio comms between the surface defense personal and the base , looks like all long range capabilities are out of action .

Jess. Patch me in to the chat .

Mars base defense this is space force patrol .Over.

Chavez was directing his team to disengage and seek cover expecting retaliation after just taking out the first landing craft when his headset received the incoming transmission from mike .

Space force patrol this is Chavez , where did you come from we have some problems here, are you able to assist . We have two hostiles about to assault our position . Over.

Jess can we help them out on the surface, already on it she replied as two air to surface missiles shot from the weapons bay .

Chavez saw the streaks from the heavens explode into the two crafts . Thanks for that Chavez replied , The base is locked up tight . I expect that who ever is up in those cruisers will change tactics now.

Already shifted replied mike there was an instant response. As soon as the missiles launched they targeted us, super quick they have Ai defensive capabilities also.
